Caroline Owen
Head of Resourcing
Caroline has worked in the defence industry throughout her 30 year career and has held a wide variety of positions starting as an MoD apprenticed Airframe Fitter and progressing to Operations Director for a successful internet based recruitment company which she ran for 6 years. She has also been a software author and bid production manager having worked on 2 of the largest ever bids into MoD.
For the last 13 years Caroline has combined her knowledge of the defence industry, aircraft/avionics, bids and software to help build effective resourcing solutions for major defence/aerospace primes. She is also a qualified personal development coach.
Caroline joined Harmonic in June 2007 as Head of Resourcing and was appointed to the Executive Committee.
