With over 25 years experience in the defence and security industry with organisations such as BAE Systems and SEMA Group, Nigel has a successful track record of weapon system and C4ISTAR project and programme delivery and operational business management.
More recently, Nigel has specialised in the definition and delivery of innovative business solutions in areas such as Logistics performance management, equipment acquisition strategy and complex service VfM benchmarking.
Nigel has been with Harmonic since 2005 and as a member of the Executive Committee is responsible for the transformation of the company to deliver strategic objectives and for the winning and subsequent management of a number of Harmonic’s large delivery projects.
