Jason Williams, Harmonic KTP analyst, publishes work on Outcome Based Contracting

The Advanced Institute of Management Research has recently published an Executive Briefing on Outcome Based Contracting written by Prof Irene Ng and Jason Williams, both of whom are working on Harmonic’s Service Science KTP project with the University of Exeter.
The briefing explains Outcome Based Contracting (OBC), outlines the benefits to service providers and customers as well as describing the transformational implications for service providers moving towards OBC.
