Capability Development
To maintain success in rapidly changing business environments, organisational capability must be regularly reviewed and developed to address new challenges and opportunities. Our approach to service delivery combines capability delivery on the ground with the creation of residual value in our customer’s organisation. This capability development can be targeted at project, programme and corporate levels within an organisation.

Capability Assessment: understanding the strengths and weaknesses of an organisation.
Capability Development: the enhancement of internal capability through process improvement and staff development.
Capability Provision: the use of Harmonic staff to meet operational goals.
The capability assessment activity results in a jointly owned capability development plan identifying the activities to be undertaken, for example, formal training, coaching, shadowing, interventionist support, process improvement, business improvement.
