Architecture, Assumptions and Authority Awareness: a 'Triple A' Performance for Optimised Capability Delivery
Rear Admiral Ian Tibbitt CBE (Retd), and Professor Andrew Daw are long-standing members of the defence acquisition community from backgrounds internal and external to the Ministry of Defence (MoD). They have recently been drawn together, under the auspices of Harmonic Ltd, to examine hoe best to provide specialist support to those in the MoD and industry struggling to deliver elements of an overall capability landscape that meets the requirement for 'effective battle-winning forces'.
