Application Process
The application and selection process for a role at Harmonic is rigorous but quite simple.
If you think you are suitably qualified and sufficiently experienced in a capability which Harmonic may be interested in or if you search our opportunities and identified a role you are interested in please click 'Apply Online'. This function will allow you to share your CV with us. Please do include your rate requirement and current availability.
When we receive your CV it will be assessed by our recruitment team and if we feel that your blend of skills and experience align with our current and future opportunities, it will then be considered by a combination of Account Directors and Heads of Service. Following this second assessment you will be contacted usually within 5 working days and, if successful, invited to attend a face-to-face interview at our offices in Ilminster. We interview all associate staff before allowing them to take a position within a client.
After the interview, usually within one week you will be informed whether you will be accepted to work for Harmonic, at this point the recruitment team will talk to you about specific roles and make sure that you receive our induction booklet.
At all times constructive feedback is available for both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
